Purchase and Warranty Agreement
E Z D Inc. Products Made in USA
warrants that for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. E Z D Inc. will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during this warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. Shipping will be at the cost of buyer this is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser form the date of initial retail purchase and in not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting form any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper hitch receivers, used contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than E Z D Inc. the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire flood hurricanes and tornadoes.
E Z D Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations of the exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary form state to state or province to province.
E Z D Inc. will not replace your E Z Packer because you did not measure your inflatable pontoon boat frame properly. And no refunds on special orders will be built to your specifications.

This is a patent pending product any attempts to reproduce in any way will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in and out of the United States.
WARNING - READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Not responsible for accidents due to a result of use or misuse of The Easy Packer. This product is not designed to carry loads in excess of 80 pounds. Do not over load or use for any other purpose. When loading and unloading your inflatable pontoon float boat, make sure you keep a firm grip on carrier as you raise or lower your pontoon float boat. Not responsible for any accidents as a result of using your carrier. Watch for pinch points do not get your fingers between any portions of the hinge or where your pontoon float boat rests. Make sure you install your pins and bolts on your Easy Packer properly. Not responsible for any accidents due to assembly, or any assembly errors.
Make sure that your taillights are visible to other drivers. Do not block your tail lights. If they are blocked, get a kit to install blinker and break lights. Follow all state and local laws for length and load restrictions. Make sure you use your mirrors correctly while towing. If you are not able to see all angles, extra towing mirrors are suggested. Do not drive under low bridges. Measure your pontoon boat in the up position to know the height of your load.
If using a double loading Easy Packer for two light weight pontoon float boats, make sure your flags are installed each time. Your Easy Packer overall length is in most cases only 4 ½ feet long. Check with your local state for over all length liabilities.
Do not drive with your carrier in the down position. Make sure you measure correctly. Not responsible for any damage due to customer neglect.
Not responsible for any loss of paint or rust resulting from using your Easy Packer. Upkeep on your carrier and pontoon float boat is your responsibility. 1 year limited liability only covers workmanship. Owners are responsible to replace or repair any cracked or broken parts after 1 year can call and order parts if ever needed. EZPacker is designed to last a life time.
We recommend that you install bolts with locking nuts on all your pinned points on your inflatable pontoon float boat, to avoid theft, loss, and so they won't fall out during transportation. Make sure you check all your bolts for tightness on a regular basis.
Make Sure Your Pontoons are secured to your Frame. Easy Packer is Not Responsible
for loss or damage to your Pontoon Float Boat due to frame separating or
pontoons not properly secured by you, or properly installed by you, into the
Easy Packer Carrier.
